Lisa is a USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold Medal dressage trainer who runs LCH Equestrian in Ocala, Florida. She is a Silver USEF Para Dressage Coach and a USPC Traditional B graduate from Old North Bridge Pony Club in Massachusetts. In 2010, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from Johnson & Wales with an Equine Business Management and Riding bachelor’s degree. She was one of the top riders on her intercollegiate dressage team and went to nationals to represent the university.

After college, Lisa worked at The Hanoverian Verband in Germany, learning about the breed organization, starting and training young horses, and moving them through inspections. It was at this point that she found her love for training. After this experience she moved to Wellington, Fla., to work for Pam Goodrich and later stayed on as a member of her team in New Hampshire. Lisa has been part of dressage, eventing, and show jumping teams throughout her career as a young rider. Her primary focus is now dressage, however, she never forgets her roots.
